GoLite Summer Clearance Sale

In addition to its online presence, GoLite also has numerous “brick and mortar” stores located throughout the West and New York.
CleanSnipe visited one of GoLite’s stores recently at 906 Main Street (corner of 9th & Main in downtown Boise) while at the Twilight Criterium in Boise, Idaho and was thoroughly impressed and thus give it five out of five stars.
With GoLite, seeing and feeling is believing. Getting to see the quality of the gear and feeling the lightness of the products in person was “enLITEning.”

For example, when I picked up the GoLite Jam 70L Pack, my mouth opened in astonishment at the 1lb. 15oz. weight that I felt. Similarly sized packs can be on average 5lbs. 8ozs., hence the mouth agape.
I was pleasantly surprised at the stylish clothing and its obvious quality and attention to detail. The Morton Wool Travel Hoody stood out for its stylishness, lightness and, again, the feel of the soft wool.
The GoLite Boise store staff seem to embody the company’s passion for the outdoors and feather light equipment.
We were greeted promptly by several employees who were eager to point out products, features and the deep discounts on all the gear throughout the store as well as the special sale area in the front that had an extra 10% off and the popular “Clearance Closet” in the back.
Clayton asked us if we had ever heard about GoLite before our visit to the store. Happily surprised that we had heard of it, he engaged us with more product-specific talk in a friendly and not car-salesmanly manner.
He shared that his favorite GoLite product is the Adrenaline 800 Fill Mummy Sleeping Bag and we could quickly see why. An extremely popular item for its lightness and warmth, the online store is often sold out of these sleeping bags, so it may be one more reason to visit one of GoLite’s stores, as they may have it in stock!
